Description

We are pleased to present this 1965 Chevrolet Impala SS Hardtop Coupe for purchase. The Impala entered its 4th generation of production in 1965 where it set an all-time industry sales record of 1 million units sold in the United States, which has never been equaled. All new full-size Chevrolets eschewed the “X” frame for a full-width perimeter frame, a new body which featured curved, frameless side glass (for pillarless models), sharper angled windshield with newly reshaped vent windows, and redesigned full-coil suspension.

This California car has been tastefully and selectively restored. A lot of thought and time went into the build and it is obvious when you look at this beautiful SS. It has been owned by the current owner since 1997. The car comes with the original sales order, showing it was sold new at Dick Bullis Chevrolet In California on October 30, 1965. The car is equipped with power brakes and power steering. The 396 V8 was rebuilt in 1999 and comes with receipts showing so. Other highlights include Cragar wheels, center console with clock, bucket seats. This is an excellent example and is ready for its next owner.
